First leg- who has the advantage?

As stated the first leg finished 2-2 with Rangers taking the lead twice. However, Benfica will be the side who will be most frustrated as they dominated the ball with 68% possession and 24 shots on goal but they were repelled by the fantastic Jack Butland.

Despite the dominance of Benfica, Rangers were incredibly clinical and scoring twice away from home will fill the Scottish side with confidence to score more than once again in front of their own fans; who will certainly prove to the 12th man!

This game could really go the distance with the two sides last meeting in the Champions League group stage in 2020 playing out a 3-3 draw and a 2-2 draw. With odds of 16/5 for the game to go to extra time and both teams to score, it could well be a great odds builder to place.

However, in the bookies eyes, Benfica edge the tie as favourites at 13/10 whereas Rangers are 9/5. Yet with the previous three ties ending in a draw, the odds are 27/10 for the two sides to play out a draw in 90 minutes.
